How does it work?

• A Share Secured Credit Builder visa starts with a deposit which is held as the original credit balance of a Qualstar Gold Visa Card (credit limits of $500 up to $5000 are available.)
• Once payments are made and principal balance becomes available, charges can be made against the available credit balance.
• As payments are made regularly under the terms and conditions of the account, positive credit history is being created.
• After a period of positive activity, an application can be made to change the account to an unsecured Qualstar Gold Visa Card and, if approved, the original deposit is released.
