Reports of Fraudsters Impersonating Qualstar’s Fraud Department

We are hearing from members who have been contacted by fraudsters impersonating our fraud department. As a reminder, Qualstar will never contact you directly and ask for account or personal information such as a PIN, one-time verification code, password, or card number (aside from requests you have previously initiated.)

Don’t trust caller ID: If you're unsure whether a call is legitimate, hang up and initiate a call yourself or send us a secure message from within Online Services.
