For Online Services users, log-in and go to the Transfer & Pay drop-down to access the "Visa Balance Transfer" secure web form. Enter the information for each debt* (payee, balance, etc.) and submit your balance transfer in just a few clicks!

*Checks will be created and mailed to each payee - follow-up communication is provided via Secure Messages in Online Services.
