What is the Passport Savings Benefit*?
As a valued member of Qualstar, you have access to a large directory of nation-wide offers and discounts to save money on the things you are already spending your hard-earned money on.
What are the requirements for using Passport discounts?
In order to access the discounts, you need to be an active user of Qualstar Online Services (available in both Mobile and Home Banking.)
What if I am not enrolled to use Online Services?
To enroll for convenient access to your account and other benefits (like Passport), simply download the Mobile Banking app (iPhone or Android) and choose “Enroll Here” on the main screen – follow the prompts to enter your account and personal information (an email address is required) and receive a verification PIN via mobile text to enable instant access to your Qualstar account(s.) With that access, you can use the Passport benefit, plus so much more!
How do I find discounts available with the Passport savings benefit?
Simply log-in to Mobile Banking (iPhone/Android app) or Home Banking (via browser), and choose “Accounts & Cards” to access the “Passport Savings Benefit” website.
Do I have to register to use the Passport savings benefit?
The first time you access the Passport site (see above), you will enter the email on your Qualstar account – a valid email is required for Passport access. After that, access the URL from Mobile or Home Banking – anytime, any where!
When I find a great discount, how do I use the Passport benefit?
Simply open the discount info. on your phone (1st image below) and choose “Use Card” at the bottom to show the digital card (2nd image below) to the merchant. The discount will be reflected on your receipt – that’s all there is to it!
