You have the right to opt out of the Agreement to Arbitrate if you tell us within 30 days after you open your first account. If you received this Agreement with a notice issued with your most recent account statement, you must tell us within 30 days after we issued our notice and this Agreement.
To opt out, complete the following secure online form, including your name as listed on your account. If you have more than one account, please submit a separate request for each account.
