December 2025 Visa Card Compromise
Did you receive a letter about a card compromise?
If you have been notified of your Qualstar Visa® credit or debit card being included in a merchant system breach via letter and/or text, here is what to do next...
Be on the lookout for your new Visa® card (mailed to the address on your account) - typically received two weeks from the date of the letter.
When you receive the card, scan the QR code on the front to activate and set your PIN via Mobile Banking - the old card will be blocked as soon as the new card is activated.
If you prefer not to wait for the new card, you can log-in to Mobile or Home Banking and block the card immediately via the "Manage Visa Cards" widget.
Log in regularly to monitor your account for any fraudulent activity - in the event you do see unauthorized transactions, contact us at 1-800-848-0018 as soon as possible. You can also freeze your card temporarily within Online Services via the "Manage Visa Cards" widget.
