Lost or stolen Visa® card?
If your VISA Credit Card, Check Card or Cash Card is lost or stolen, the easiest and quickest way to block it is via our Mobile Banking app 2 installed on your iPhone or Android device. Cards can be frozen temporarily (if the card is simply misplaced) or blocked permanently with a new card ordered.
After business hours, please call 1-800-228-9901 and the system will provide you with instructions.

All subsequent replies to an email sent via this channel will be managed from within our Mobile (device w/ app installed) or Home (desktop PC or laptop) Banking services.
If you are not an Online Services user, simply download our iPhone or Android app 2, choose “Enroll Here,” and follow the steps for instant access (an email address is required on the account you are registering.) Online access can also be obtained from choosing “Sign-up” in the Home Banking log-in area of our website.
